Cyril is a serial entrepreneur with a talent for sales and business development. He advises Mythril Motors on sales strategy and startup structure, helping connect the company’s technical work with customer needs and commercial opportunities.

Robert Condon

DFM & Manufacturing Advisor

Solving the problems between a design and a producible part.

Robert brings more than 40 years of experience in the aerospace and military industries, including work at Raytheon, Hughes, and McDonnell Douglas.

He led manufacturability teams supporting CIWS, XKV, Tomahawk, and other systems, and led a mentor–protégé program for 10 years.

When parts were difficult to produce, Robert was the specialist sent to diagnose the problem, work with the manufacturing team, and get the program back on track.
